Any order placed with us is binding only after we have confirmed it. Any changes made by the customer to their purchase order or to our quote will be valid only if we have accepted and confirmed them.
A buyer wishing to purchase a product or service must:

6. Lead Times and Deliveries
Orders in stock are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and current conditions (delays, strikes, inclement weather, etc.). Shipments are made via Bpost (home delivery) or to a Mondial Relay pickup location (unless otherwise specified, the order will be sent to the pickup location closest to the address provided). As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if you don’t receive it, be sure to check your spam folder). In the event of loss or theft, the order and shipping costs will be fully refunded, provided you file a claim with the carrier in question and forward it to us via email.

Regardless of the reason, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. We cover the return shipping costs.
